1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 8888star platform — whether via a desktop browser, a mobile browser, or any other supported device — you ("the Player") unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, policies, or supplementary terms published on the 8888star website from time to time.

These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive legal agreement between you and 8888star with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the subject matter herein.

1.1 Binding Nature of These Terms

Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by: (a) completing the account registration process on 8888star; (b) ticking any acceptance checkbox presented during registration or deposit; (c) placing any wager or initiating any game session on the platform. Any of these actions constitutes your full, informed, and voluntary acceptance of these Terms.

1.2 Terms in English

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail. 8888star targets the Bangladesh market and serves players who are comfortable reading and understanding English-language legal documentation.

1.3 Amendments

8888star reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or an in-platform notice. Your continued use of 8888star after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the date of the most recent revision.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 8888star, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted).
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement (whether self-imposed or externally imposed) that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling platforms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have a previously suspended or terminated account on 8888star.

2.1 Age Verification

8888star may request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time when the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may be under 18. Acceptable identity documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension.

2.2 Underage Accounts

If 8888star discovers — at any time — that a registered account belongs to a person under the age of 18, that account will be immediately and permanently suspended. All deposits made by the underage player will be returned in accordance with our internal underage account handling procedure. No winnings, bonuses, or promotional benefits accumulated by an underage account will be paid out under any circumstances.

2.3 Parental Controls

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor in your care has accessed 8888star, please contact our support team immediately at support@8888star. We take all such reports seriously and will act promptly. We also encourage parents and guardians to use internet filtering software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling websites.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on 8888star. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes, but is not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any of it changes. 8888star shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, nor allow any other person to access your account. All activity conducted from your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 8888star support immediately at support@8888star.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

8888star operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents before your first withdrawal or at any subsequent time. Until KYC verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be held pending. 8888star reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for accounts that fail to complete the KYC process within a reasonable timeframe.

3.4 One Account Per Player

Operating more than one account on 8888star is strictly prohibited. If a player is found to have multiple accounts, 8888star reserves the right to: (a) immediately suspend all accounts associated with that player; (b) forfeit all bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds across all accounts; (c) retain real-money deposits pending investigation; and (d) permanently ban the player from registering any future account on the platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 8888star are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports a range of local and international payment methods to ensure convenient access for players across Bangladesh.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on 8888star:

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and select other Bangladeshi banks

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your 8888star account wallet in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. 8888star does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 8888star accepts no responsibility.

You confirm that all funds deposited to 8888star originate from a source that is legally owned by you and that no deposited funds are derived from criminal activity. 8888star reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the account dashboard. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used by the player to make a deposit, or to a verified account in the player's own name. 8888star does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification (see Section 3.3). Withdrawals of funds that carry an active wagering requirement (e.g., bonus funds) cannot be processed until those requirements are fully met. Real-money funds that are not subject to a wagering requirement may be withdrawn at any time, subject to minimum withdrawal limits.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

8888star takes its obligations to prevent money laundering seriously. The platform may request supporting documentation for any transaction that triggers an internal compliance review. Players who are found to be using 8888star to launder funds or process proceeds of crime will have their accounts permanently suspended, all funds held pending investigation and reported to relevant authorities, and will be referred to law enforcement where required.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

8888star offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. These include welcome deposit bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cricket odds boosts tied to BPL and IPL fixtures, and seasonal promotions around Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Durga Puja, Victory Day, and Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and winnings derived from free spins are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses on 8888star is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳20,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds).

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Each bonus offer is subject to specific eligibility criteria, which may include: minimum deposit amount, qualifying payment methods, game type restrictions (e.g., some bonuses may apply only to slots and not to live casino or sports betting), player geographic location, and account standing. 8888star reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player is engaging in bonus abuse or is otherwise ineligible.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — which includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, making deposits and withdrawals to artificially meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, using automated tools or software to exploit bonus terms, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value in a manner not intended by 8888star — is strictly prohibited. 8888star reserves the right to void all bonuses and winnings, suspend the player's account, and recover any losses incurred as a result of bonus abuse.

5.4 Expiry of Bonuses

All bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion details. Any unexpired bonus funds or free spins that have not been used or whose wagering requirements have not been met within the validity period will be automatically removed from the player's account balance without notice. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of the expiry terms for each bonus claimed.

5.5 Changes to Promotions

8888star reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of a material change to an active promotion that adversely affects players who have already opted in, 8888star will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players via email or in-platform notification.

6 Gameplay & Fair Use

8888star provides access to casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and a sports betting sportsbook. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) where applicable, and all live dealer games and sports betting outcomes are determined by real-world events or live studio environments operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming.

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on 8888star is governed by its own specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) rates, and minimum/maximum stake limits. These details are accessible within the game interface or the information panel associated with each game. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing a wager.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other events — are governed by 8888star's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. Key principles include: bets accepted after the start of an event (where live betting is available) are settled based on the result at the time of the relevant market closure; 8888star reserves the right to void bets placed on suspended markets; and in-play odds are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 8888star and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or AI tool to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports manipulation.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at 8888star staff or other players.

6.4 Malfunctions and Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, game software failures, or connectivity issues — that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 8888star reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the wager to the player's account balance. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. 8888star will make reasonable efforts to resolve malfunction disputes fairly and promptly.

7 Responsible Gaming

8888star is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a suite of player-protection tools that you are encouraged to use proactively to manage your gaming activity. Full details of all responsible gaming tools are available on our dedicated Responsible Gaming page.

7.1 Deposit Limits

You may set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit on your 8888star account at any time. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. You may decrease your limit at any time with immediate effect. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase takes effect. This asymmetry is intentional — we make it easy to reduce your spending and deliberately slower to increase it.

7.2 Session Time Reminders

You may configure your account to display a notification after a defined period of continuous gameplay, reminding you of how long you have been active on the platform. This tool is designed to promote awareness of time spent gaming.

7.3 Cool-Off Periods

If you feel that you need a short break from 8888star, you may activate a cool-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, your account is suspended from login access. Your account balance and data are preserved intact for when the cool-off period expires. Cool-off periods cannot be reversed once activated.

7.4 Self-Exclusion

For players who require a more sustained break, self-exclusion is available for periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. To request self-exclusion, contact our support team at support@8888star. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the self-exclusion period, you will not receive any marketing communications from 8888star.

7.5 18+ Obligation

As stated in Section 2, 8888star is strictly an 18+ platform. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age when registering and at all times during your use of the platform. Gambling when under 18 years of age is a breach of these Terms and may also constitute a criminal offence in your jurisdiction.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8888star platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and any other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of 8888star or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

8.1 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use 8888star solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the 8888star platform.

8.2 Prohibited Use of Platform Content

You may not use any 8888star content, branding, or intellectual property for commercial purposes, advertising, or public distribution without the prior written consent of 8888star. Unauthorised use of 8888star's intellectual property may constitute infringement and may be subject to legal action.

8.3 Third-Party Game Content

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. 8888star provides access to this content under licence agreements with those studios. Players are not granted any rights in or to third-party game content beyond the right to play the games through the 8888star interface.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8888star shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including losses arising from game outcomes, service interruptions, technical errors, or unauthorized access to your account.

9.1 Platform Availability

8888star makes no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and events outside 8888star's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. 8888star shall not be liable for any loss arising from platform downtime or unavailability.

9.2 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge and accept that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. 8888star does not guarantee any particular outcome of any game or betting event. You are solely responsible for your wagering decisions and for any financial consequences thereof. 8888star strongly recommends that you only gamble with funds you can afford to lose.

9.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 8888star, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party content providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the platform in violation of these Terms; (b) your breach of any representation, warranty, or obligation under these Terms; or (c) any infringement of third-party rights arising from your conduct on the platform.

10 Amendments & Termination

10.1 Amendments to These Terms

8888star reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material amendments are made, 8888star will notify registered players via email or a prominent in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. Minor amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms, or updates to contact information) may be made without prior notice. The effective date shown at the top of this page is updated with each revision.

10.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your 8888star account at any time by contacting our support team at support@8888star. Prior to account closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be removed and the bonus funds forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and provided no outstanding investigations are pending.

10.3 Termination by 8888star

8888star reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, and to void all associated balances and pending bets, if: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; (c) you have provided false or misleading registration information; (d) you are found to be under 18 years of age; or (e) continued provision of services to you would expose 8888star to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, 8888star may report your details to relevant authorities.

10.4 Survival of Terms

Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, anti-money laundering obligations, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full force and effect after the closure or termination of your 8888star account.

10.5 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are drafted and published in English. All communications between 8888star and its players — including support correspondence, dispute notices, and account notifications — are conducted in English. Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) is the reference time zone for all time-sensitive provisions within these Terms.
